SLATE – The School, Gannavaram, Andhra Pradesh, carries forward a legacy that began in 2001 under the visionary leadership of the Vasireddy Educational Society. Over the years, SLATE has earned the trust of families across Hyderabad, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh, steadily growing into one of the best schools in the region. Established in 2022, the Gannavaram, Andhra Pradesh, campus reflects the same commitment: to bring quality education, strong values, and a forward-looking approach to every child who walks through our gates.

Mr Vasireddy Amarnath established SLATE with a simple yet profound intention: to offer children an education rooted in values, strengthened by ethics, and shaped by a futuristic outlook. He recognised the gaps in conventional schooling, the growing commercialisation, the lack of relevance, and the fading importance of character, and chose to create an institution that stood for something deeper.
Today, the Gannavaram, Andhra Pradesh, campus continues this mission with pride. With a thoughtfully designed 30,000 sq. ft. campus, it offers children a nurturing environment where academics, values, and real-world readiness come together seamlessly.
Mr Amarnath’s leadership has been the driving force behind SLATE’s success. A respected academician and mentor, he has guided thousands of students in their journeys towards civil services and other distinguished careers. His diverse experience, as an educator, media panellist, child psychologist, reformist, columnist, and thought leader, shapes the school’s unique philosophy.
Before founding SLATE, he served as:
• Founder Director of Apex, a prominent coaching centre for Civil and State Services
• Feature writer for major publications such as Eenadu and Andhra Jyothi
• Career counsellor for aspiring students
• A civil services candidate selected for the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW)
